Black And Decker 18v Cordless Drill

I have a Black & Decker Cordless 18V and although the battery is fully charged, the holes not a drive for a few seconds. Does anyone know the problem? Thank you for your help
The other posters have said. Battery failure, especially Ni-Cd, on Two years. See if you can prove to borrow another battery. Chargers will not fail, but the Chargers do not appear to B & D too many problems. I repair electrical tools to reveal in the context of my life and almost 90% of the failures of wireless tools related to the battery.
